THE GWB DIFFERENCE
We're proud to be a truly local San Diego club.
Nearly all of our players come from the community we live in, coach in, and care deeply about. We started GWB here because San Diego is home, and that sense of connection shows in everything we do.
Our teams are tight-knit, well-coached, and built to grow together, not just compete. When you compare us to other programs with the same reach and resources, our performance speaks for itself.
Why? Because what we do works.
COACHES WITH LEGIT PLAYING EXPERIENCE
Every member of our coaching staff competed at the NCAA Division I level. We’ve played where your son wants to play. We understand what it takes to get there, and we’re here to guide him every step of the way.
We don’t just run drills.
We develop athletes, teammates, and young men who know how to compete and carry themselves at the next level.
WHY PLAY FOR GWB
When you join GWB, you’re signing up for intensity, commitment, and real competition.
You play GWB because you want your son to be the strongest player and person he can be, and we can help him become that.
To prepare to play at the next level, your son needs to compete against the best teams and travel to the top tournaments.
To prepare for the next phase of life, he needs to be challenged and taught to always do his best.
Other clubs often stay local, stacking rosters with the best kids and dominating smaller competitions.
That’s not us.
We’re honest with our players; we want to show them where they stand nationally.
Because when they face the best, they get inspired to work harder and become the best.
While College isn’t every player's goal, we focus on building high character and community-minded leaders ready for any path in life.
If that is a path you want to pursue, GWB coaching staff can help you get there.
Many players go on to be recruited and play for Division I schools.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
We’re committed to helping your son not only become a better lacrosse player but also a better teammate, friend, and young man.
We make it a priority to get to know each player personally. Our goal is to have the same families and kids with us from 4th through 12th grade. While anyone can hashtag "family" and "brotherhood," it means more when you can feel it and see it.
Our retention rate is higher than any other club program we know of. That’s because we bring in the right families and then go above and beyond to support each player's growth on and off the field.
