Built for Our Core Players
GWB Pacific was designed with one goal in mind: to provide the best high school playing and recruiting experience for GWB athletes who have put in the work over the years.
This program will be built around the core of our GWB players entering high school, with 7–10 carefully selected players from outside the area potentially added to round out the roster.
This is an invite-only team. If you’ve received an invitation, it means the GWB coaching staff believes your son has earned the opportunity to take this next step.
WHAT TO EXPECT IN HIGH SCHOOL
The high school transition is a big one.
Your son will be navigating academics, social life, fall sports, and (for many) school-run lacrosse workouts.
We’re realistic about what’s possible.
That’s why GWB Pacific is structured to be flexible and efficient — no weeknight practices, no unnecessary travel.
We’ll focus on the right events, at the right times, with the right group.
A Note on Club Politics
Some high school coaches also run club teams that GWB Pacific will compete against.
That can create some tension if your son chooses to play with us instead of their club.
We’re not here to tell you what to do — only to be upfront with you, so you can make the best decision for your family. We believe players should be free to train and compete where they’ll grow the most.
If that’s with us, we’ll give your son everything we’ve got.
Priority Registration for GWB Families
Because of the loyalty you’ve shown us, current GWB families will get the first chance to register for GWB Pacific teams. Registration information is sent after our annual tryouts.
If this opportunity feels right for your son, we hope you’ll join us.
